"Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look....

"Amazing staff and support for our needs. We have stayed multiple times. Servers are friendly, food is top notch and cleaning staff does a great job. This place is a hidden gem!"

"Hi, The breakfast was great, thank you. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room I booked. There was sand-like debris on the floor near the AC/heater unit, and I found hair on the bathroom wall and in the bathtub. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. Unfortunately, this will be our first and last stay at this hotel. I hope this feedback can help improve your housekeeping standards."
