"We arrived late Friday night. Only second floor rooms were available. My wife can’t climb stairs, so the desk clerk gave us a free upgrade to a first floor extended stay room. The next day the desk lady did her best to help me find my missing cell phone. But later in the week we had to ask three times to get toilet paper and hand towels."

"Upgraded to a river view which was awesome. The room was great, the location was GREATER and the food was also awesome. I loved being right there within walking distance o the town and the train. The Room Service food was good, but the soup was served cold, and I had to ask for another one. I hated that they automatically take 20% gratuity for themselves. That was just... over the top greedy. The only other really bad thing was no bell service and NOBODY helped me as I struggled to get through...
