"This is a beautiful home with walking access to the Saint Lawrence River. The communication with the owners was terrific and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We biked the loop from Clayton to Cape Vincent stopping at a few breweries, a light house and a winery. We then grilled out at the home and truly enjoyed the upper open deck with a full moon!"

"For starters, there is the smoking area right as you walk in and there were 4 people outside smoking and I’m allergic to smoke. Awful way to walk into a hotel. People were walking in the room above us, very loudly at 3AM the first night and woke us up several times. The next night, the person was talking extremely loud on speaker phone in the room beside us after midnight and again woke us up, then the loud walking in the room above us started again. The breakfast is awful, microwaved frozen...

"It did smell like smoke in the lobby and the room which is why I gave the hotel a 3 star. For nonsmokers the smell is unfavorable"
