"There were some issues with how the apartment was left from the housekeeping (sticky residue on table, a dirty pan left in the stove, something spilled in the fridge). These were small issues to us, but could be big ones for others. Also some issue with the balcony door being hard to open/close. With that being said, I received the BEST communication I have ever received from any place I’ve stayed booked through VRBO (or any other company). They were very prompt to answer any text/email I sent....

"Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day.
