apartment building and is accessible by stairs. From the two main rooms
of the house there are exceptional views of Lake Bracciano.
The entrance consists of a large living room with sofas, dining room and balcony overlooking the lake. From here it leads to the eat-in kitchen with balcony overlooking the volcanic rock lush with vegetation.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds. Serving the house is 1 full shower room.
The balcony
is equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs, and allows you to enjoy
the enchanting panoramic view and wonderful sunsets over the lake.

Affaccio sul Lago vacation home is located in the center of Trevignano Romano, a beautiful location on Lake Bracciano on the heights of the Sabatini Mountains. The house is located just 20 meters from the charming lakefront and 100 m from the main bathing beaches. It is close to the main services, all within walking distance.
At 200 meters from the house there is also a convenient parking lot equipped with electric column. Nearby (about 10 km) we find Ronciglione Caprarola, Lago di Vico. The city of Rome is just 30 km away and the center of the capital can be easily reached in less than an hour`s drive


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time.
- It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties.
- The apartment is located in a condominium and it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors between 10pm and 8am.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Only small pets admitted.
