"The owner only sent entry instructions after i emailed the day before asking about them. Hotels.com said pets stayed for free but we were charged £7 per night. We couldn't get the shower to warm up. There were no instructions for anything in the cabin. The beds are very small doubles. Strangely there was no kettle in the lodge. It needs a lot of TLC. One positive is the setting is stunning. It's well overpriced for what you get. "

"A lovely cabin in a absolutely stunning location, with access to many nature reserves and beautiful places in the area around the cabin. The cabin itself is a lovely, small cabin in a great location. No issues with the location or the cabin whatsoever and I would definitely recommend it to others, especially for one-two people. Overall I can not fault my stay here and I would definitely come here again in the future."

"Its very peacefull and quite and clean. Its self catering and shops are bit far so best take extra food and grocery. We stayed in bunglow and they got nice clean kitchen with all the cooking facilities. Rooms are nice but mattress are bit old.View from bunglows are lovely,I ll try to share image. Staff are friendly. All in all 5 stars. Price reflects. "

"Cute and authentic cottage. Stayed here for 2 nights just me and my son. Very central location with a lovely stream running behind, sat here both nights with a glass of wine! Lovely comfortable beds and modern bathroom. A 1 minute walk to pubs cafes and trails. Looking forward to returning. Great communication from the owners Ailsa and Derek "

"Lovely central location with beautiful views over the harbour to watch the tides come and go. The apartment is cozy and well equipped. Only issue was the need to provide towels which is difficult for travellers with limited luggage space. Im sure this could be easily fixed. Would definitely stay here again. So close to the railway station and a range of trips on a steam train which we enjoyed. "

"We have recently returned from a fantastic two week family holiday here. The property is exceptional, it is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and has everything you need - the panoramic views of the sea from the balcony are incredible. The perfect location - just a stone’s throw from the beach, where we enjoyed paddle boarding most days (very lucky with the weather). Thank you to Guy for a wonderful stay. "

"We had a lovely stay in riverside cottage.Andrea was a great host full of information and always answers any messages promptly. The cottage is located in a fabulous location. 10 min walk to the estuary through a forest. Just stunning. Sitting having my morning coffee outside by the river every morning was heaven.
