Private Annex with sea views and parking

Quirky self contained Annex, situated in the rural village of Rhostryfan. Easy access to main road leading to Snowdon ,Dinas Dinlle beach 15 mins drive.
Kim's Retreat is a self contained flat and has parking outside the door. Central Heating, Double Glazing. Bedding provided. Towels and toiletries.
Own access . Wi-Fi , Tv with access to Netflix and prime. Alexa . It has a kitchenette for your quick and easy meals. It has a small oven ,microwave and single hob. There is no washing up sink but a wash station. If you dont fancy washing up then you can just leave them with the host , me ,and I will wash and bring them back 😁Dogs are welcome must wear a lead when out on the lane,and not be left alone due to past guests damage I'm afraid. Dog sitting can be be arranged at a small fee if needed. Fridge and larder will have food supplies too. Bathroom has a raised bath and raised toilet due to plumbing dynamics .
The lane is private and only residents and delivery Van's come up and down, oh and the odd tractor.
