Three units. One floor. Up to twelve guests. The lower level of the Timberline Collection is designed for groups who need room to spread out while staying in the heart of Traverse City. The lower-floor location tends to be a touch quieter, which groups often appreciate as the evening winds on.

This listing combines all three lower-floor units of the Timberline Collection:

Cypress, 2 Bed / 1 Bath | 1 King + 2 Queen Beds | Sleeps 6

Each unit is fully self-contained, with its own bathroom and private entrance. The Cypress unit's ground-level patio off Eighth Street provides a private outdoor hangout spot, in addition to the shared communal area available to all guests.

6 beds across 3 units, including king-size and queen-size beds, plus an air mattress.
Accommodates up to 12 guests.

OUTDOOR + COMMUNAL SPACES
All guests have access to the Timberline Collection's shared communal area, featuring seating, a picnic table, a new grill, and a large umbrella. Cypress also has its own private patio facing Eighth Street, giving this floor two distinct outdoor options.

PARKING
Three dedicated parking spaces are included. Street parking is also available.

THE BUILDING
An older Traverse City building given new life, thoughtfully remodelled and well-maintained, with a consistent tree theme throughout every unit. Economy upscale: honest about what it is and priced accordingly.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
With lower-level access, the property is steps from the TART Trail and within walking distance of The Filling Station, Raduno, and the neighbourhood's excellent restaurant and bar scene.
Please note that a nightclub operates behind the building in the evenings. The lower-floor units are naturally more buffered, and every room has a sound machine. We want you to know what to expect so you can plan accordingly, although most groups don't find it a problem.

IMPORTANT PET POLICY
This is a strictly non-pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Guests who bring an unauthorised pet onto the property will be charged a $250 fine.
