"Great location, clean inside, easy access to downtown amenities. The only problem is the plumbing. This unit is a basement unit, and there is a drain pipe (in the enclosed) laundry area. The drain pipe feeds the 2 units above, and every time a toilet flushes, water runs, shower, etc....you can hear it in the unit. It was tolerable during the evening, when we were awake. However, it woke me up in the middle of the night, I thought water was flooding into the space. Only to realize it was water...

"The most convenient place I have stayed in downtown Traverse City for sure. The location can't be beat as it is on the main shopping strip. Very quiet, can't hear the building noise or street noise. "

I spend about half my time on the road for work, and stay at many short term rentals and hotels… this one stood out for thoughtfulness and attention to details. "The Top of the Peak was just as described! It's a beautiful space that is comfortable, well decorated and full of thoughtful amenities. The location couldn't be better. It was far enough away from the downtown to be quiet yet close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. You couldn't hear any noise from the brewery or Kilkenny's below, in fact, it has a nice bonus to visit both places inside the same building. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the hosts were very responsive with any...

"Property was in a great location, very close to all shops and restaurants and very close to lake and sandy beach. Stairs to rooftop are as narrow as the pictures show so didn’t use rooftop much. But with the lakeshore that close, there was no need. It was very nice to have a garage to put the rental car in!"

"This place was conveniently located where we could walk to the downtown area in 10 minutes. The place wash clean and provided towels, dis soap, dish towels, real cups, plates and glasses. It was a nice touch to also provide, coffee filters, sugar and cream. The beds were very comfy too.We are definitely coming back here."
