Welcome to “Lakescape”, a family-friendly home in the heart of Traverse City. From beaches to breweries, everything is within walking distance. After exploring, return to 3 cozy bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living room designed for families and groups.

We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and `retired` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
All 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor:

- Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, roll-out bed, plus Pack & Play, toys, and games for families.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan, closet.
- Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed, closet, nightstand with lamp, portable fan.

There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing a total of eight people plus an infant - a rare commodity in the center of Traverse City!

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
The townhouse has 2 fully equipped bathrooms and a half bathroom, so there’s no need to jockey for space when you’re getting ready in the morning!

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with:

- Stainless steel appliances
- Instant Pot, blender, toaster
- Coffee station with coffee & tea
- Kids’ bowls, utensils, and a high chair
- Dine together at the island bar (seating for 2) or dining table (seating for 6).

After a full day, relax in the cozy living room, featuring:

- Two comfy sofas (convert to sleepers)
- Flatscreen TV
- Fireplace
- Large collection of kids’ books, toys, and board games

Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a book on the outdoor furniture.

☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
There is 1 designated outdoor parking spot labelled 950. Or you can use one of the following nearby parking options below!

1- Lot west of the building (behind the dumpster)
2- Street parking on Walnut (summer months only)
3- Grocery store lot one block away

***We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group***

- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.

- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

- Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.

- Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.

We aspire to help our guests create wonderful memories in our cozy home. That is why we spelled out these house rules for an optimal experience for both of us. We truly appreciate your effort and cooperation!

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. The pet fee is $125 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.

Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.

We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

ATTENTION: Missing garage door opener will result in a $200 replacement fee.

Pets:
We have the following rules for our guests with pets or Assistance Animals. This ensures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you, will be enjoyable and relaxing. Our pet fee is $125 for up to two dogs. Maximum occupancy is set at 2 dogs under 50 pounds each. If you have any questions, please ask us! The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or pets or a service animal.

•Your animal should not be left unattended at any time. Should that become necessary, you must have and use a crate for your animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water. Please use the labeled pet towels/sofa/bed covers/sheets for your pets cleaning needs and separate them from the towels/sheets provided for guest use.

•You are responsible at all times for your animal`s behavior. While we reasonably expect that your pets or specialty animal are well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any cleaning, repairs, or replacements.

•Your animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost.

•Your animal must be under the control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.

•Your animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking.

•We can ask you to remove your animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior, or obvious lack of sanitation.

•Please walk your animal for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.

•Please clean up deification immediately.

•Please keep your animal off the furniture and counters unless it is specifically needed for your disability.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo for a winter getaway! I would have given a 5 star review but winter parking was not optimal and dishwasher was out of commission as they were waiting on parts. The host was wonderful and always available to answer any questions we had. We would love to return for a spring wine weekend!

Nice clean place to stay

While we enjoyed the property, the location was not that close to downtown and it did not have a lake view. The furniture could have been more comfortable for a family of four and it would have been nice to have a TV in the bedrooms. We appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the beds were nice and comfy. Everything we needed was available for our stay, with plenty of towels, paper products and the like. Thank you.

Bayshore Marathon Weekend

We enjoyed staying in the townhome this last weekend. The location was perfect for the race as well as site seeing in Traverse City. Very comfortable and clean. Management company was super easy and nice to work with as well. Would definitely come back.

Lovely townhouse

The townhouse was lovely! It was clean, well appointed, and nicely updated. The management was very helpful and responsive. When we arrived and the rollout bed that was promised in the listing was not there they promptly provided one the next day. Overall a very positive stay. I would recommend this townhouse.

Our Stay would have been overall excellent; upon arrival the door code was not correct. Unfortunate on my part I did not secure our host phone number. After tireless attempts to use the door code we realized after watching others arriving and able to use their door code, we had an incorrect door code. After about 45 minutes we finally got in touch with property management, and she gave us another door code. Problem solved and no further issues concerning entry into the property.

Great Place

This condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed from in the kitchen, to personal items in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the deck made it a beautiful morning to enjoy some coffee and the wonderful weather we had. This condo was located in the heart of everything. Downtown is less than 10 minutes and that's only because TC has heavy construction going on at this time. There is a civic center down the road where you can walk your pets in the shade on a nice trail they offer. The area is safe to have a morning jog or a nice walk. I originally was looking for a place on the water, but I am glad we picked this condo. It was perfect and we will book again with Dandan.

Great Space for a Family

We enjoyed our stay at the Lakescape Townhome. The home is fully stocked. You don't have to worry about forgetting anything. They'll have it there for you. The only problem, which was resolved quickly by management, was parking. There is only one parking spot for a condo that can house up to 8 people. Any extra cars can park a block away at a grocery store. Thankfully management gave us a parking spot on site for a condo that was not rented out for our elderly parents. We would definitely stay again!

The property was absolutely beautiful and well maintained!! It was in the perfect location and came with everything we could've needed and more. The host was friendly and communicative and the whole process was super easy! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Cherry Cup Soccer Weekend

Our family of 4 (14 yr old and 12 yr old) plus grandma and grandpa enjoyed our stay here! The condo was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and was convenient to downtown Traverse City for dining and also to the soccer complex. Quiet neighborhood location. Mattresses were definitely on the firm side but everything was meticulous. Definitely recommend and will stay here again in the future!

Really nice place to stay....

This place is great. Very well decorated, clean and full of amenities, especially for kids. The toys/books in the house kept my little one busy all weekend. Everything was very clean and the property manager was on top of all of our questions/concerns. The location is also great, close to everything. Would highly recommend. One thing to note, this place does have a lot of stairs. We have old dogs and they had an issue going up and down them so just throwing it out there for anyone who might be in a similar position.
