Welcome to “H Studio,`` a new built pet friendly ground floor studio condo in the heart of Traverse City. With an open kitchen, wifi, laundry facility and car garage, it is perfect for a couple or young family looking to stay close to all the attractions of TC, including Mission Peninsula wineries, craft breweries, local restaurants, shopping, and more.
This studio can be reserved together with the townhouse upstairs to host total of 13 people.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and `retired` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. We are in a residential neighborhood so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed.

The open concept kitchen and living area make it easy to hang out together while the chef in your group whips up tasty meals.
The well equipped kitchen is stocked with modern stainless steel appliances, a blender, a toaster, a separate coffee station to make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible. Seating for three are available at the island bar. If you’re traveling with youngsters, there is a high chair in addition to children`s bowls and utensils.
Relax in the cozy living room after a big meal. It is outfitted with an oversized twin sofa (which can convert into sofa bed at night), a flatscreen TV, a collection of books, toys.
Keep in mind that this is the ground floor of the building. There are other units above and next to this unit. Please be mindful of our neighbors by observing quite time after 9pm. Please be aware you may also hear noise from neighboring units.

Please Note: The garage is best suited for medium-sized vehicles or smaller. If you’re bringing a large vehicle, we recommend using one of the following nearby parking options
- The parking lot just west of the building, behind the dumpster.
- Street parking on Walnut Street (available during the summer months).
- The grocery store parking lot, located one block down from the townhouse.
Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.
Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.
For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, the credit card processing fee will be deducted.
