This amazing condo is situated perfectly for an amazing vacation in Traverse City!
**Upgraded with a brand new King Bed Oct 2022 **
-Free parking in the Old Town Parking Garage with stays through 2022. **Starting 2023 we can no longer purchase passes for guest use. The cost is $30 for a full month so it makes sense to buy even for the weekend. We have adjusted our nightly rates down to offset the $30. If you have any questions just reach out. There is a link to purchase on line. Search Traverse City parking garage permits. Or please reach out with questons prior to your stay.

This property is great for a single person, a couple or a couple and family. Please plan on being respectful to our neighbors/friends in the neighboring units as some units are permanent residences.

Great place for up north adventures

Lovely open condo, perfect for a two-person getaway. Quite walkable to downtown Traverse City, with restaurants within 2-3 blocks. We definitely would return.

Perfect condo close to downtown!

The condo was such a perfect location and so close to downtown! It had everything we needed and it was such a perfect size for our family of 4. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The high chair (and pack and play) were a great bonus! Lisa was such a phenomenal host and so easy to contact with quick response times! We will absolutely be back!

Love the location.

I stayed here as single woman. I loved the location and chose this condo because of it. I felt safe walking around downtown by myself. The other tenants are quiet. The condo is nice and clean. And I was super happy that they had little coffee creamers in the cupboard so I didnā€™t have to buy some. Would stay here again.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I stayed here on our anniversary trip and it was absolutely perfect. The host was so nice and so easy to get in contact with and the location was great! Itā€™s a very quick walk to the downtown area to get to the bars/restaurants and only a 20 min or so drive to some of the wineries on old mission peninsula. There were even some restaurants right outside the complex. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. We already canā€™t wait to go back and stay there again. Highly recommend!!

Traverse City Fall Foliage Fun

The condo was quite comfortable it had everything we needed and then some! The location was perfect. It is close enough to walk to many great restaurants, shopping downtown and morning walks on trails. We bought a parking pass to a parking garage that was adjacent to the condo. We brought our bikes and went biking everyday. The bike trails are well kept and short drives from the condo. The owners were quick to reply to our questions and very helpful. We loved our stay and hope to return again.

Wonderful rental

Loved this place. Cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. Location was perfect for exploring TC on foot. Simple check-in and out. Communication with owner was fast and simple. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting TC. Also, if staying for a few days or more buy the 30 day parking pass for the Old Town garage. Well worth the money, made parking super simple.

Perfect for our needs!

We were in town for a wedding and had plenty of time to explore. The neighborhood is convenient to downtown but just far enough to be quiet. The condo was clean and stocked with coffee for the Keurig, and shampoo, conditioner , and soap for bathing. Also appreciated that there is a washer and dryer available, though we didnā€™t have to use them (except that we started a load of used linens before we left). My husband and I were very comfortable in the bedroom and very happy to have our adult daughter and our infant granddaughter join us. We were informed that the sofa bed was also comfortable and the pack-n-play was suitable for the baby. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels for all of us. The baby enjoyed looking at the childrenā€™s books and ā€œdoingā€ the puzzle that were found in the television stand. The condo is located close to the parking garage and street parking at meters was free on Sunday. We borrowed the available bikes for a quick trip to the market and they were easily accessible and in good working order. We had several questions for the proprietors and they responded in a very timely manner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here!

Perfect spot for Traverse City and surrounding area

First, the place was immaculate and the photos accurately reflected the updated interior. All the amenities were there for an enjoyable stay. Perfect size for a couple. The apartment is a couple blocks from the downtown shopping area and the waterfront, but back enough to avoid the hubbub and crowds. We took day trips to Old Mission peninsula, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and Mackinac Island, all within easy drives. We even got in a round of golf! The parking garage is about a half block from the apartment and provides secure covered parking out of the elements. The alleyway in back of the apartment building allows easy access for loading and unloading. First stop in town should be at the city parking authority to pick up your garage parking pass, which you can purchase online before you get there. Lisa was a great host and a pleasure to work with!

4th of July fun

My husband and two kids enjoyed a 3 night stay in Traverse City over the 4th. This was a great place to enjoy the events in the city as it was a short (10 to 15 min) walk to restaurants, shops, and the park where the Cherry Festival and fireworks are held. On the ownerā€™s recommendation we bought a month pass at the Old Town parking garage which is next to the property. We were very comfortable in the space and found everything we needed to cook a meal and even do a load of laundry. Great, clean place to stay. Thanks!

A slice of paradise

Lisa and David were absolutely wonderful and were so accommodating as we navigated the area (Iā€™ve been to TC quite a few times and this was my partnerā€™s first time). I loved discovering all the gems here and we felt so safe and welcome. The location was awesome too and the walk to Downtown was more than enough. This is a great place to stay, close to downtown and Boardman lake trail. The owners were great to work with and provided us bikes during our stay. The unit is nicely furnished, clean, and amply supplied. Note: there are several steps to climb as you enter. We liked being on the second floor. Highly recommend!

Great little spot in TC

Had a wonderful stay in TC for the Bayshore Marathon. Hosts were super responsive and the location was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.
