Interior:
Main floor living with an open floor plan and all new flooring and furnishings. The primary bedroom features a king bed with large walk-in closet and a large master bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. Bedroom two has a queen bed and large mirrored closet. The guest bath with a tub/shower combo is right next door.

This home has a lovely galley style kitchen with lots of space and all the things you need to make a tasty meal. Sit together at the large dining room table or gather around the kitchen at one of the bar height seats at the counter. The living room has cozy furniture and plenty of space to entertain or spend a cozy night in by the gas fireplace.

Exterior:
This walk in/out unit provides a private parking space in front of your unit door, as well as additional guest parking (with a guest pass). On the backside of the unit, you have a private patio that faces the park. The park has a state of the art playground, basketball hoops, and a gazebo for gathering and eating (musicians play there often during the warmer months). During the winter months they have a skating rink (weather permitting). This complex also has a few bike racks to lock your bike up to while you're staying with us. Location, location, location! This condo is conveniently located at the base of downtown, so you can walk to shopping, dining and entertainment. If you're looking to spend the day at the beach, West Bay is across the street and provides a huge sandy beach, play area and grills to use. Dogs are also welcome here, and "bags" are available for their waste.
