Nothing in the facility works and if you ask for anything they’re very rude in their replies and then they try to charge you for towels. "If I we're too see the actual property before I booked the room , We would not stay at this place. It looked ok from the outside but the place hadn’t been updated for decades, we didn’t even have a lamp on the nightstand."

"Fitness facility had 3 pieces of equipment for aerobic exercise of which 2 did not work. Fairly sparse equipping of gym The inside shade for the room window has an automated switch, which was not marked or was it clear that that was a means by which the blind had to be put down or retracted. It was painful exercise to get that to work properly once we were told that it worked by way of an unmarked, very obscure looking switch."
