"Only reason I stayed here was because there was a deal for half off the 3 bedroom (2 queen beds and 2 twin). We reserved and went to property, but the guy without saying a word switched us to the smallest room (1 bed). We had to go back and he insisted despite proof of our reservation that we had to pay twice as much if we wanted our initial room. Once we paid the additional price, we were given a decent sized room. The shower didn't drain, the toilet gasket leaked, the wall boards were moldy,...

"I am extremely unhappy about our stay at this property. When I booked the room The information provided indicated the following items for the room. Standard Room, 1 Queen Bed, Non Smoking, Refrigerator & Microwave. there was a queen bed. The bedspread had cigarette burn holes. There was a large television, but it was not connected. It would turn on, but was not connected to the provider. There was not a refrigerator there was not a microwave. There was charging access to charge phones. I booked...

"The hotel lobby was closed when we arrived about 6pm....we had to call and get a door code for our room...only 2 towels for a 4 person room.... dried blood spot on a comforter....outlets were dirty...could hear the people in the room next door talk very clearly (no insulation or sound proofing)....sheets didn't match....no stopper for the tub to take a bath....heat/AC wouldn't keep consistent temperature. All in all in was very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there again on...

"This property was unkept. There was no elevator and the carpeted stairs had dog fur all over them. The room smelled like musty smoke and the mirrors and windows were dusty and dirty."

"The hotel was clean and updated. The front desk staff were not friendly, or at least one of them wasn’t. For a nice hotel, they should be more welcoming. The area is beautiful but you do need to walk at least 15 min to get to restaurants, so if the weather is bad you’d need to have a car or Uber."
