"Great location with easy access to UW and surrounding areas. Townhome was clean and had great views too from the rooftop. As others have noted, parking space is a little tight but there’s plenty of street parking available. "

"My family member and I stayed here as we needed to be at the UW Medical Center bright and early. We both loved the home. It is bright, well maintained, clean and nicely decorated. We both felt very at home here. It has all the amenities and odds/ends needed to have a comfortable, easy stay. The neighborhood is really quiet - easy to sleep and relax. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seattle - I'll definitely be back myself."

"The description "Modern, Cozy" is exactly right. The space is very warm and welcoming and, although very small, it is highly functional. I was there with my adult daughter and grandson (9) for my daughter's graduation from Bastyr. The hosts very thoughtfully created this apartment and didn't leave anything out. It worked very well for the 3 of us. Both beds were very comfortable (the sofa bed has a topper that makes all the difference) and the kitchen area worked just fine for our 5 night stay....

"It was a nice, clean and quiet place walking distance to Green Lake, Whole Foods, and restaurants. The only thing was there was no parking dedicated so we had to park on the street which was sometimes inconvenient, as it was not easy to find. Overall, very satisfied with our stay."

"Our stay was for business. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was safe, welcoming and quiet. We appreciated all the fine details provided for checkin and check out. Our hosts were very responsive. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Seattle. "

"This was a beautiful property. We were in Seattle during the most devastating time of our lives and these owners were so wonderful with us. They went above and beyond for our family. "Hotel moderno em um distrito histórico da cidade, com vários restaurantes e cafeterias proximos. Atrações turisticas podendo ir a pé tranquilamente. Apesar de ter muitos mendigos na rua, tem muita segurança e eles não incomodam voce."
