"We had a great time staying here. It was easy to access.Some minor cleaning issues could be addressed. The slip covers on the sofa should be cleaned. We didn't have pods for the dishwasher and there was only one dishtowel so we donated one. Benjamin was responsive to our needs and had there been some instructions regarding use of the fob for entry, we wouldn't have bothered him.Overall, it was a great location for spending time with our nearby family and we would stay here again."

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. "

The living room furniture and beds were comfortable, updated kitchen appliances, good shower, nice towels, plenty of parking, easy temperature control, great location, and quiet. "Host was responsive when we could not get in. But we found the floors very dirty all over the apt. We could not walk bare foot. We tried to sweep .Also one suggestion: mention should be made that the apt was on the third floor. We are in good shape but other seniors may not be and may not be able to navigate the stairs"
