Resting in the heart of Townsend, TN - Yellow Door Cabin is nestled at the foot of a ridge inside a wooded cove. Perfect for honeymooners, empty nesters, and small families, Yellow Door Cabin provides modern amenities and a rustic feel that will satisfy the needs of anyone looking for a home away from home.

Yellow Door Cabin can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, the loft area sports a queen bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa. For your convenience, this cabin also features a washer and dryer stack. Each room comes equipped with a 55” smart TV. High speed internet and cable TV are included with your rental.

A private hot tub, granite countertops, and brand new appliances create an upscale environment. While the cabin is modern and up to date, the wood-burning fireplace and other finishing touches create a rustic ambiance.

Yellow Door Cabin is a 20 minute drive from historic downtown Maryville which is home to great restaurants, live music, and a small town charm that is characteristic of East Tennessee. It's also a 20 minute drive from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with all of the hiking and scenic views it has to offer.

Booking and check-in was super easy with keyless entry. The cabin was so quaint and cozy and well stocked with the essentials Also, the cabin is conveniently located just outside of town, so only a few miles to good food, a grocery store, and gas station. The hot tub was super relaxing after a long day in Cades Cove. Cades Cove was our reason for the trip and it did not disappoint with seeing many gorgeous bucks, a hog, and several bear! We would definitely book again upon returning to the area.

We stayed at his other properties before this and were amazed at how wonderful they were. Unfortunately we weren’t able to make this trip due to illness but the property owner was very responsive and we are definitely planning on coming in and making up for lost time.

Such a peaceful place - the perfect alternative to the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! We loved this cabin and the area where it was located. Everything in the unit worked as expected. We’re completely sold on staying in Townsend now, and we’ll be back!

The cabin was very cute and perfect for our weekend stay in Townsend,TN with my son, who stayed in the loft. Big TVs in living room and bedroom along with a smaller one in the loft area. We were able to watch the football games on Saturday after enjoying a morning at Cades Cove. The contact for the cabin was very attentive and answered us very quickly. Everything was as advertised. The hot tub was amazing and the keyless entry made the checkin process so easy. Thank you for letting us enjoy your cabin.

Me and my college roommates met at the Yellow Door Cabin for a weekend of hiking, and viewing the fall colors. The cabin was such a lovely spot to relax, catch up and enjoy nature. The location made it perfect to get to trails and park without the burden of traffic. The host was so kind giving four women a little extra time to check out the morning of our departure. While we were there we utilized the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was tiny, yet efficient and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend staying at the Yellow Door cabin.

This cabin is private and very clean. Townsend TN is the way to go if you are going to the Smokies! This cabin had everything you need. It was somewhat hard to find when we arrived but once we found it I appreciated how convenient the location was to everything. We would stay there again.

The cabin is cozy and comfortable, surrounded by woods, peaceful and quiet. A sample of the owner's/manager's responsiveness: we reported that we couldn't find the lid to the coffee pot. A few hours later, there was brand new coffee pot at the door. (There was no urgency; the Keurig worked fine.) Great location too. Townsend is closest to the national park without the tourist mayhem or towns like Gatlinburg. I highly recommend the Yellow Door Cabin. (I'd love to get back there for fall colors.)

This was our second time staying at this cabin. We love that it has the hot tub and a fire pit as not all cabins do. It’s is the perfect size for us and we highly recommend. The cabin was clean and centrally located to everything we wanted to do.
