"The cabin is tucked into a beautiful, quiet setting with little to no traffic. We had 11 adults and we were all comfortable with plenty of space. The amenities were as described and the hot tub was a hit! As a whole group, the only complaint was the comfort of the beds. All of them were relatively creaky and uncomfortable, but for a couple nights they were fine. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house!"

"The house was clean and nice. The driveway 100% should have been shown and notified of the damage the rain had did. We had 2 motorcycles fall on the way down because of a massive rut that formed, the entire driveway is loose gravel on steep hills with a tight corner half way up the hill, i would not recommend motorcycles at this property. Also the house lacked some pretty basic things. Extra toilet paper especially. 1 roll in each bathroom isnt nearly enough. Also i believe it should be stated...

"The communication with Derek was perfect. The check in was easy, he sent a brochure of everything you might need to know, and checked up on us in case we needed anything. Location-perfect. Went hiking and on Wednesday rode our E-bikes at Cades cove, not very busy because of the weather but a nice ride. Accomodations-everything you want or need. Very clean with plenty of towels. Will definitely be coming back to Heavens Trail."

"Sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying cocktail hour on that deck after hiking in the park was absolutely wonderful. Great spot to grill too. The deck faces east so you get the sunrise over the mountatins. The fire pit and hot tub are just icing on the cake and the pool table downstairs is great. It was a perfect home base near the quiet side of the park away from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The only down sides, which really aren't a big deal, are the kitchen is stocked but missing some...

"We loved the cabin and location! The only issue was the lawn crew cutting the grass prior to 8 am which woke us up. Then while sitting in the living room, a guy was right at the door on the back deck with the blower which was pretty awkward. Overall, we would come back…the cabin was perfect."

"We stayed for two nights and it couldn’t have been better. The cabin is clean and better than pictured. I didn’t think that could be possible. Cades Cove is a very short scenic drive away. Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge is a manageable drive and I was grateful to be away from the noise. It truly is the peaceful side of the Smokies!! I’d definitely rent from them again if/when I’m back in the area. Communication was great with the renters and there was information on the area and activities provided....
