The open-concept main level is built for easy gathering. A gas fireplace anchors the living area, paired with a comfortable sectional and a flat-screen TV for low-key movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped and flows right into the dining nook, where a table for four pulls up to big picture windows — breakfast comes with a side of ridgeline views. Rocking chairs on the covered deck invite long afternoons with coffee or a glass of wine, and the hot tub tucked under the roofline means you can soak through mountain rain, crisp fall evenings, or a full moon over the treetops.

Two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath, give everyone their own corner. The main-level primary has a king bed and direct access to the great room, while the upper-level queen bedroom feels like a private hideaway under the pitched wood ceiling. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out space for up to six guests. In-unit washer/dryer keeps trail dirt in check.

- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the gas fireplace is available for guest use during cold weather from Labor Day through Memorial Day.

- Bears are active near the cabin year-round. Feeding the bears is prohibited and there are bear-proof trash receptacles that must be used.

Parking Details:
- This cabin is conveniently accessible by vehicle, featuring a slightly steep road leading to a gravel driveway with level parking available for 2 cars.
- A 4WD or AWD vehicle and chains are recommended, especially during winter conditions.. Driveways or roads leading to the property can be steep and may require additional traction.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
