"The property was nicely decorated and very clean. Also nicely located on the water. The owners communicated well and seemed friendly in their messages. "This property is ideal for a family get-away. The house is spacious, well-appointed, and within easy distance to many activities. Francesco and Lucinda were quickly responsive to all of our questions and requests."

"Everything was spectacular! Fern Lake is peaceful and breathtaking. Lake house was wonderful, and amazing. It was spacious, yet homie."

"Clean house, beds fantastic. Great kitchen...Very good host..Parking was a challenge if you have more than 2 cars...But nota negative."

"Beautiful cabin and very comfortable! It was the perfect family getaway. Close enough to Lake George to enjoy, but far enough away to relax. Would definitely stay again!"
