"The little gypsy caravan was lovely and quaint, an experience in itself, everywhere was immaculate and clean, well organised, the continental breakfast was beautiful with a wide range and fresh fruit, the owner recommended we're to eat in the village and drink, it's was excellent to, nice and friendly, overall an excellent experience"

"Comfortable rooms above a pub less than a two minute walk from Lymington Town railway station and a few minutes to town centre and quayside with restaurants and pubs. Street was fairly quiet at night. Staff friendly and efficient- we left our bags as we arrived early and when we returned later to check in the bags had been taken to our room for us. Would stay again."

"The breakfast ŕoom was high quality with wooden carved dining chairs and chandeliers. Our guest room was well decorated with good paintings and carved woodwork. and The recliner chair with a footstool was both notable and comfortable. The large sofa was also comfortable. Our balcony with a view of fields beyond would have been a place to relax in on a warm day. The full English Breakfast was both good quality and ample food."

"Had a lovely Halloween stay in Burley, such a great location in the New Forest. Really appreciated the friendly staff, lovely welcoming bar, and the superb Halloween decorations which really set the scene and mood."

Pub part felt soulless and having to sit and drink whilst staff have finished their shift and were chatting to working staff spoilt the quiet atmosphere. To me it felt overpriced for the product we received"

Visually, very well designed, boutique experience. I booked late at night after cancelled ferry and was contacted by owner immediately with information re stay."

"We had a very nice stay and the property is very well situated just off the Town Centre from where you can catch a bus to anywhere on the island. Very good breakfast and the owner was very nice and helpful. The only slight downside was that the television in the room was very small."
