The apartment is situated on the second floor and can be easily accessed by elevator from the garage. With a total area of 80 m², including a 10 m² terrace, it offers plenty of space and comfort for up to four guests.



The bright living area connects seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen, allowing cooking and relaxing to come together effortlessly. The apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a TV and WiFi. Both bedrooms are furnished with luxurious and comfortable box-spring beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.



From the spacious terrace, you can enjoy spectacular views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. It is the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine while taking in the scenery.



Good to know:



Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. The apartment does not have international television. However, it features a smart TV so you can use your favorite streaming services. Regular Spanish television is also available. Construction work is currently taking place on the adjacent plot. Every effort is being made to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.
