"Made to feel very welcome. Lovely fresh, clean room with a comfortable bed and good quality linen, which always aids a good night's sleep. Also huge bath towels which I love. Good selection of teas and coffee with fresh milk provided, which was nice. There were also some sweet treats and a tourist map provided in the room, which was very useful. "We arrived late after a mechanical issue with our car. We called ahead to advise Ed that we would be late. He fully understood and when we did arrive was greeted with a smile. Breakfast was very good, room very comfortable. "
