**IMPORTANT** Please read below for important details of the home before requesting a booking:

• Our suite is located in the basement of a pet-friendly, family home. While the suite has been sound insulated and we take care to keep noise levels down, some noise from the upper levels may be heard.
• We live here full time with our two Boston Terriers, Piper and Bosley, and our two housecats, Molly and Butters. While our animals will not have access to the suite or the entrance/courtyard areas, they will be on premise.
• Note that the laundry facilities are shared for the entire home, and located on the same level as the apartment.
