Come and go as you please; the suite is in the lower level of our family home and has its own private entrance with keyless lock and stairs leading to the suite.

The brand new kitchen has a Bosch induction cooktop, new stainless fridge, and full-sized Bosch dishwasher, quartz countertops, and all the utensils and amenities you need to make coffee or tea, cook a meal, or enjoy take-away from the many nearby neighbourhood restaurants. The antique quartz breakfast island can seat up to 3 people.

The main room has a Queen sized bed with an Ikea PAX wardrobe with ample storage. There is also a twin futon couch. Our bathroom has a glassed-in shower and heated floors. Wi-Fi, TV with Amazon fire Tv, and reading materials are all available.
Guests are provided a DIGITAL key to access the suite. **We do not provide physical keys**.

The Suite is completely isolated from the rest of the house. It is a completely private suite.
This reservation has a Strict cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 60 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
