You’ll be steps from the Yonge-Wellesley and Church & Wellesley hubs, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, shopping, and green spaces.

This location is ideal for students and professionals alike — with the University of Toronto, Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University), and major hospitals all within easy reach. Transit options are abundant: subway, streetcar, and buses make commuting or exploring the city effortless.

For lifestyle amenities, residents enjoy high-end condo facilities (including fitness & spa amenities, rooftop terraces, rooftop lounges, party rooms, etc.), great views, and modern finishes. Whether you want lively evenings out, quiet walks in nearby parks, or convenient trips for groceries and errands, this neighborhood offers it all.

Getting around from 18 Maitland Terrace is quick and simple. Wellesley Subway Station is just a short walk away, connecting you to the entire city within minutes. Multiple streetcar and bus lines are close by, and the neighborhood is extremely bike-friendly for those who like to explore on two wheels. Parking is simple and convenient. The building offers underground parking options, and there are several nearby public lots and street parking spaces if needed. While the neighborhood is so walkable that you may not need a car, having parking available makes it easy for guests who prefer to drive.

🐾 Pet-Friendly Stays
We love furry companions and welcome yours too! Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a pet, and share their breed with us. Pet Fees Apply:

✔ Up to 2 pets allowed – notification before arrival is required
✔ Additional cleaning fee per pet:
• 1–4 nights: $100
• 5–14 nights: $200
• 15–25 nights: $250
• 25+ nights: $300

Cats +$100 per pet on the price for deep cleaning fee due to the difficulty of removing pet hair remaining in the air.

🗓️ Great for Longer Stays
Whether you`re staying a week, a month, or an entire semester, you`re more than welcome to settle in and make yourself at home.

➤ Rollaway bed is available for $30/night upon request. We must be notified at least 12 hours before check-in.
➤ There is a $25/hour fee for early check-in and late check-out requests upon our cleaner`s availability.
➤ Child and infant amenities are available and must requested at least 72 hours before arrival.
House Rules:

1. HOME ETIQUETTE
➤ To help keep our space clean and inviting, we kindly request that you leave your shoes at the front door.

2. QUIET HOURS
➤ We appreciate a peaceful environment, especially during the evenings. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends.

3. NO SMOKING
➤ For the comfort of all guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy indoors. If you need to smoke, feel free to do so in the backyard, and please dispose of cigarette butts off the property. We appreciate your cooperation and want to remind you that there is a $1000 fine for smoking inside.

4. NO PARTIES
➤ We aim to provide a serene environment, so please no parties or social gatherings. If you have any special plans, just let us know and we`ll do our best to accommodate. We appreciate honesty and transparency! Any group found to be deceitful will incur a $1000 surcharge.

5. CHECK - IN AND CHECK - OUT TIMES
➤ To keep everything running smoothly, please adhere to our check-in and check-out times. If you need adjustments, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. $50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10AM as our cleaners are on tight schedules.

6. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS
➤ For the comfort and safety of all guests, please declare the number of occupants accurately. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for each unapproved guest.

7. NO UNREGISTERED PETS
➤ All pets must be registered. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $250.00 fine charged to guests.

8. PET ETIQUETTE
➤ Pet rules must be respected. Pets shall only potty outdoors and/or in the designated areas in the community. Guests found disrespecting the community policies may be fined and/or may have their reservation cancelled without refund.

9. RESPECTFUL USE OF SPACE
➤ Please be mindful not to move or rearrange furniture, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the space as intended.

10. ECO-FRIENDLY LIVING
➤ Help us conserve energy by turning off lights when not in use.

11. RESERVATION EXTENSION POLICY
➤ Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hours notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.

All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.

Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed.

12. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY
➤ We do not recommend mail or package delivery to our listing address. This is due to our inability to accept responsibility for locating your package or for any items that may be missing or damaged.

13. PARKING
➤ On-site parking is available for an additional fee of $25 per night. If you`d like to reserve a spot, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Nearby parking lots are available at approximately $30–$35 per night.

14. KEY RETURN
➤ To keep things running smoothly and ensure the key is returned at the end of your stay, please place it in mailbox 405, take a photo, and send it to us as proof of return. If the key is not returned, a replacement fee of $150 will be charged.

15. CLEANING CLOSET
➤ The cleaning closet is locked and is meant for cleaner`s use only. Guests are not allowed to attempt to open the lock unless otherwise told. If the lock is damaged, there will be a $50 replacement fee.
