Outdoor furniture is not available during winter.
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.

No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.

Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).

Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise.

Great place, but a negative experience at checkout

The apartment was beautiful and clean with gorgeous views of the CN tower, Toronto skyline, and a bit of Lake Ontario. The messages via Vrbo were generally informative, and the owner was responsive until I received an expensive parking ticket in the garage upon leaving. It was not clear in the communication that there was an assigned parking spot in the garage. I asked the host to split the cost of the ticket with me two days ago and have not gotten a reply. Due to the lack of response, I will not be staying there again.

Great spot overlooking city and lake

Nicely kept and comfortable; responsive host (thank you!). Building seemed friendly and well maintained. Security was helpful and pleasant. Had a little trouble trying to find my way to the elevator after parking in P3. Lol And note that the temporary parking, while doing the checkin process, is on the west side (?) of the Building.

The condo was conveniently located near restaurants, shops, lake. Our issue with the place was that there were small ants everywhere in the unit. They ended up crawling in to our food items. I would suggest picking up small ant traps from the store.

The host was easy to get a hold of and explained everything I needed to know thoroughly. The place was gorgeous with amazing views, walking distance to our concert venue and other attractions and shops. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Clean secure building. The water is shut off at 9:30 am -5pm. There was no mention of this in the advertisement. If we knew this all for of us would have got up earlier. When mentioned to the owner there was no response. For this reason I would not have paid as much for apartment.

Great location and beautiful views

Very clean apartment with many amenities in the building. The kids enjoyed the pool. The balcony has great views of the lake and CN tower. You can walk to all the touristy spots within 20-30 minutes. Free parking was great too! We only used our car to venture out of the downtown to see other neighborhoods, but you donā€™t need a car at this location. Great communication with host as well. Only wish is that there were more kitchen supplies and extra towels for the pool.

Great Location

We came to Toronto and stayed 6 days at the condo. Itā€™s a nice place, well equipped and great location, the second bedroom is a bit small with no closet, itā€™s almost like a den. The primary bedroom is decent, only issue is the blinds donā€™t block the sun which can make it hard to sleep in. The condo isnā€™t huge but it works, if you are coming here from the USA be aware that your TV apps (HULU,Discovery, etc.) wonā€™t work. There is a Netflix account for the TV but no local stations. There was an issue that doesnā€™t reflect on the host, it was a building issue: The two hot tubs on property didnā€™t work the entire time we were there, which was disappointing. There arenā€™t many restaurants around, mainly fast food and Loblaws grocery is a block away which was convenient. King street is easy to walk for restaurants and the 509 street car stops out front, making it easy to get downtown or Union Station. If you fly into Pierson Airport, take the UPs train to Union Station and then take the 509 street car to Bastion and you are dropped right by the building! Itā€™s cheap and faster than driving in the bad Toronto traffic.

Great spot in the city

This was a great place to stay with our family! Probably the best part for us was the park right outside the building. We used it every night! We had a minor issue that we worked through with the property manager right away. They are very responsive! The place was clean and had just about everything we needed! I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again if we came back to Toronto!

Beautiful views and comfortable accommodations

The property was just as described. It was perfect for our 5 day stay. The streetcar stop is right outside and the property location is within walking distance to many of the tourist sites. The views from the windows and balcony are astounding.
