"It’s an older property but I liked it. I go to Topsail beach often. I live in Wilmington NC. It’s worth the 55 minute drive. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful ocean front view."

"The house is in a perfect location and decorated like I would decorate my own beach house. We enjoyed all the things...early sunrises and evening sunsets off the back of the house were amazing, kayaking was perfect with a dolphin, a sea turtle even laid her eggs during the week we were there!!! Access to beach is just steps away. Beds were very comfortable and we slept great! Erik was extremely attentive and great communication!! I look forward to returning to this beautiful home!"

"We had absolutely the best time for our anniversary!!! This little studio condo was exactly what we wanted and needed! Perfect for a short getaway or even longer for two people. South end of the island and literally the last true oceanfront opportunity before serene uncrowded beach! Wonderful area to walk, ride bikes, and social distance. The staff did exactly what they said they would and complete no-contact checkin. The room was impeccably clean and well furnished. Loved being on the 2nd level...
