"Very clean house that suited our family’s needs. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to a beautiful beach. Our host & her concierge, Melissa, promptly answered any questions. Fully equipped kitchen although some cookware may need replacing soon. Everyone in our family commented how comfortably the beds were-a BIG factor in enjoying vacation time!!"

"We enjoyed this house and the location. It was reasonably spacious, very clean and not overburdened with beach-themed tchotchkes. One particular episode to note: the kitchen sink faucet broke during our stay and the Carolina Retreats personnel were very helpful finding a plumber on short notice to replace it. Everyone was gracious and efficient and we want to note our appreciation. "

"What an amazing house across the street from the ocean! It is a little blue circle house and perfect for a small family getaway! The bedrooms were big, big closets, kitchen and dining table large and the wrap around deck is perfect! Ocean view on one side, bay view on the other! House was very clean, and communication with the property manager was perfect! Will absolutely be back! Best experience for my 4 year olds first time at the beach. "We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It had all the supplies, in the kitchen, bathrooms, and beach items. Stephan was so easy to talk to and communicated quickly and kindly. We loved being able to bring our chocolate lab. We felt very safe and comfortable. The view is 10/10!! "Unobstructed, beach views and steps to the beach. Large deck off of the living room with comfortable chairs for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was not fancy, but it was well stocked.Communication with the rental people was seamless.There are about 15 steps from the parking spot to the front door; FYI.We would definitely stay here again when we return to Topsail Beach."
