It's pretty roomy and had a nice desk set up that made my studying space very functional.Special mention:It's Autumn in Salt Lake City and I am a super cold person. The host said they'd bring an extra blanket, but did me one better and brought the fattest blanket...

"Placemakr was a perfect stay for us. Conveniently located to downtown Salt Lake, easy to find and easy to follow instructions for getting in etc. The rooms are so clean, so roomy, so perfect. Its like a home. And the gym was great!"

"This was just perfect for my visit. The apartment is very clean and stocked with everything I needed. Having an on-site, washer and dryer was very helpful. I had no problem with street parking. It was a nice neighborhood, good for my morning walks. Very convenient too a nearby grocery store. I saw that another reviewer mentioned that the bed could use a new mattress and I would agree with that, although I did sleep well while I was there. The skylight was nice, but I would recommend a sleep mask...

"This was nice. I had a parking spot right next to the door. They have kids upstairs, but they were really quite. My biggest complaint was the hardwater deposits on the shower head that made the water squirt out in odd directions. Hopefully they'll get that cleaned or replaced. "

"We stayed at The Cōz to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and be closer to Hale Centre Theatre where we saw a couple plays. The Cōz was extremely well stocked! It had just about everything we could need (except an oven).
