"I had a bad first impression upon my arrival, as the front desk did not let me check-in two hours in advance (with a not full hotel), after 30h traveling without sleep. Anyway, Amberlyn (the manager) tried her best to make it up for me after it came to her knowledge and I even got a late check-out. As for the hotel, the Omni has one of the best common areas of hotels in Houston (very nice pool and gym)! On the other hand, the rooms are outdated. They are spacious and comfortable, but everything looks so old. Several hotels are switching to walk in showers (replacing bathtubs). The furniture is also very old. So, all and all, a good options, that can turn to a great one with some remodeling. Cheers"

"Hotel features pool, gym and washing machine for cloths which is a plus. Breakfast is too simple. They also charged me twice (I paid from the Hotels.com) and they charged again at the hotel and still didn't cancel."

"Hotel muito perto do aeroporto, até se tem sono leve não recomendo pois o barulho dos aviões é constante! Pontos positivos, localização, conforto e limpeza! Ponto negativo barulho dos aviões e checkin antecipado tem que pagar, não abrem exceção nenhuma. Café da manhã ok, atende bem para os padrões americanos! Tem microondas e frigobar o que facilita o dia a dia, ficamos 4 dias foi ótimo a hospedagem. "

"I’ve sent a message advising the time of the check in just as requested by the front desk by the phone. When I got at the hotel was informed that reservation was cancelled. Never mentioned charged. Asked for a room which they had. Afterwards realized I was charged for the “cancelled” (never mentioned it was charged by hypothetical no show and cancelled) and then again. Called hotéis.com who had a discussion of over half an hour for them to say that it would be reimbursed. After a week no reimbursement was made"
