"Cute cabin, quiet location. Shaver lake itself is beautiful but unfortunately the shoreline had a lot of trash. Beer cans, cloths, dirty diaper. Very sad and disappointed with the lake area. Just hung out at the cabin and played games."

"This house had everything my family of 6 needed. Our girls had plenty of room and they enjoyed the lake near by. My husband. 6yr old and I loved the early morning sightings of the deer and wild turkeys and their babies in yjr backyard. My 6yr old bought binoculars for this particular reason. "This VRBO-makeover is nicely appointed, spacious (sleeps 6 or more!) and conveniently located near the middle of town. Don't plan on using the "carport" unless you're driving a pickup truck or SUV. Access to carport is via a one-lane asphalt alley that has a steep dropoff. Alternative: park on the shoulder of Hwy 168 and schlep your bags up 15 stairs. "
