"The condition of the home shows a lack of maintenance. Clearly there has been some major water damage as it smells of mildew/mold. All the floors and baseboards are damaged and all wood baseboards have mildew. the bathroom floor was clearly missing and only bare concrete was left with no floor coverings. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets smell of mold/ mildew when opened. . It is unsafe to rent out in my opinion. Even the sheets have black stains that appear to have mildew /mold on them. The...
