"Walking distance to the baseball stadium and bars! Cozy, small bedroom. Beautiful, historic building. Only complaint is the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything next store and upstairs. Great communication with property manager. Would recommend !"

"It's a basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood.I arrived and pulled my car up to the side door as instructed..multiple doors with multiple locks lead me to twisted stairs and a small entrance. "This is the ideal location if you’re coming to the area for birdwatching. I’ve been coming in May for several years and have stayed in different places, but this will now be my go to spot.
