Check-in is not handled in person. Instead, it is done through a tablet where you video chat with someone who is not on-site or even nearby. This made the process feel impersonal and inconvenient.
The room was extremely small for a family of four, with a very poor layout. There is a table positioned almost immediately as you walk in, which made the space feel even more cramped and awkward to navigate.
Communication from the hotel was extremely lacking. I asked a simple question about how to adjust the air conditioning, as the unit would not go below 35°C. I received no response for nearly nine hours. Prior to arrival, I also reached out to ask whether there was a secure place to store luggage if we arrived early. I never received a response. Had I known luggage storage was not available, I would have adjusted our travel plans to arrive closer to the 3:00 PM check-in time. Instead, I arrived at 1:00 PM only to be told—again via the tablet—that there was nowhere to store our bags.
Overall, I would not recommend this property due to its setup, poor communication, and lack of basic guest support. While it may work for some travelers for a single night, it was not a good experience for our family. Additionally, the hallway carpets were heavily stained and appeared very neglected.
