Located a 5-minute walk from Exit 1Cb of the West Exit at Ikebukuro Station—a major secondary transportation hub—this small 2LDK detached house was built with careful consideration for the fact that when four or more guests stay at the same time, they often come from different families and require relatively separate bathroom facilities. Therefore, within the limited space, the home features two separate toilets, two bathrooms, and two separate sinks. Since each room is independent, there is no need to worry about disturbing one another.
