"Very nice home. Beautiful outdoor spaces and large communal spaces. Two outdoor showers to choose from! The pool was lovely, beds comfortable, and overall the property was incredible."

"This was the perfect base for our vacation to Todos Santos. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the rooftop. We found the bed, pillows and bedding to be super comfortable and the casa studio was spacious. The only small thing was that the pool was definitely not how I imagined it from the photos. We didn't end up using it because it was really dirty and there was nothing to use to clean out all the bugs and debris. "

"Fantastic casita steps from a beautiful beach (one house away). It's a great place to hang inside and out, close to the beach and a short, easy drive to town. The water was too treacherous to swim in, but the whales loved it. There are so many whales so close—often 10-20 feet from the surf. Bottled water is provided, and a well-appointed house with the best showers. It's as magical as it looks. Our first choice next time we visit. Thanks, Andrea/Aaron."

"The property is the upper part of a two unit casita on the owners compound on the beach. Excellent place for viewing the stars with so little light pollution. The owner has some friendly dogs so be aware if you are dog phobic. They aren't a bother but definitely around. Clean, simple, spacious unit that was very welcoming. Owner was helpful when we discovered problems with a tire. "

"The view was spectacular and being situated at the near top of the hill, ALL the valley noise carried up, especially on Saturday night when the VERY loud music played until 2 am. Lots of dogs, roosters and traffic noise as well. Quiet during the day."

"is perfect for those who want an adventure! It’s inexpensive and directly on the beach! I have never walked out of my back door on to the beach before!The house does not have AC, but even in July it was wonderfully cool at night and early AM. The fans were nice during the heat of the day. I did find out I am allergic to dogs. Fred has some sweet pups on the property. "Our family spent time by the pool, at the beach, sharing coffee, playing games, watching sunrises and sunsets, along with baby turtles making their way to the ocean for the first time. Everything was perfect! The location and amenities were more than we expected and Amy did an amazing job communicating with us!"
