"This apartment met our every need and expectation. The description is accurate that it is outside of the old town but we were able to walk everywhere and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was clean, modern and the hostess stayed in touch throughout our stay. I would definitely come back."

Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !"

"My husband and I are visiting Italy to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. One of the places we always wanted to visit was Assisi. Being in our flat was like going back in time. The stonework was beautiful and gave it such a uniqueness. Also a bonus was the closeness of the different sites we wanted to see. 11 minutes to the tomb of St. Francis, 4 mins to St Clare, 1 mins to Blessed Carlos Acutis and daily mass! "We had a wonderful experience! Stephan was there to geet us when we arrived, showing us how everything worked. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook, which we used to eat dinner in a couple of nights, after eating out so much in our travels. Stephan also recommended a pizza place, which was fantastic! The views from the rooftop deck are spectacular, with a wonderful view of Assisi in the distance. Wish we could have stayed longer! Would highly recommend this as a vacation getaway!"

"Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in der Casa Francesca. Das Appartement Rosmarin war sehr angenehm. Die Küche bestens ausgestattet, die Betten gut. Eine herrliche Ruhe, der parkähnliche Garten, die Olivenbäume und die gepflegten Pflanzen. Bei der großen Hitze tat der Pool gut, auch hier alles bestens gepflegt. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg aus diesem Paradies. Unsere Gastgeber Helmi und Peter waren sehr herzlich. "
