"This was a cute little rental that was as described. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and very responsive. I was impressed to learn it’s been in service for over 20 years. Loved the clubhouse and general atmosphere— reminded me of family vacations as a child in the 1990s… so quaint!! Reception and WiFi is not terrific so it was a great opportunity to play games as a family and take to the outdoors. We plan to return next year. Thank you!!!"

"Great place for a quick trip. No frills or high-end unnecessary features. Just a nice studio apartment in the mountains. The natural mountain setting does all the work for this place but everything was clean, well-maintained, and blissfully quiet at the apartment."

"Annie #3 was a perfect fit as a comfy home base to check out downtown Asheville--most of which was within walking distance. Lots of urban flavor right outside the front door; lots of coziness and super comfortable beds inside."

"Overall this is a nice place. Very clean! Parking was tight, walls were thin, I could hear the neighbor upstairs coughing/walking. The bed made noise every time I turned. Don’t expect your bed/mattress from home. The fire place was beautiful and it was def a warm place to sleep. Make sure to bring money to tip the house keeper/maintenance guy(if needed). Also bring trash bag if you plan on eating anything inside the cabin. The only trash can was the small one in the bathroom. If you are looking...
