"Overall an OK stay but not worth the price tag. Visited at half term, hotel appeared under prepared. All staff were helpful and polite but clearly under staffed so not necessarily their fault. Room not ready 2 hours after check-in, walkways not maintained, dirty glasses and plates with food on outside a lot of rooms. 1 bath robe in the room for 3 guests, toilet in the room didn't flush and whole bathroom in need of basic repairs. Bar/restaurant stopped taking food orders at 7:20pm in school...

"Cleaners really helpeful, let me check my bags in early in order to attend a wedding a few miles away. Would love to stay a little longer next time. Also breakfast in the cafe was excellent. Thanks for the stay"

"Charming National Trust Queen Anne House now hotel. Excellent service, good food and magnificent garden. Rooms pretty decent and deserving of 4 stars. Very pleasant two day stay."

"The hostel itself has a good cost benefit, free parking, but check-in is very late, at 5 pm, which makes the trip very difficult, as we check in at 5 pm, after entering the room and settling in, it's too late to go to town. For the rest, ok."

"We were here for a wedding. Everything ran like clockwork and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. One word of warning, if you have mobility issues make sure you are on a floor serviced by a lift"

"Comprei como hotel 4 estrelas no Hotéis.com e é um 2 estrelas sem sequer portaria 24h! Cheguei à noite , na chuva e não tinha ninguém para abrir a porta. "

"Lugar incrivel, com um ambiente fantástico. Instalações excelentes e o staff muito atencioso!"

"Overall atmosphere was one of the best experienced. A 3 night stop. A busy , successful country pub, restaurant, party venue does create a few problems of wear. Which will need addressing fairly soon. Certainly recommend."

"Quarto e banheiro limpo ."

"Incrivel, o local é bem localizado e aconchegante e os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Indu foi muito gentil comigo e se preocupou com meu bem estar desde o início, todos são muito amigáveis! "

"Nice and clean, comfortable furnishings. Good quality fixtures and fittings. We had a very good short break, thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you very much."

"Clean room and free parking"
