"The house was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, which we really appreciated during our stay. However, there were two downsides to be aware of. First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details. "Rooms were on the smaller side but had everything we needed for a quick stop,clean bathroom, comfortable bed, and all basic amenities provided seamlessly. Worth it for short visits!"

"Cute little renovated home VERY close to UNCSA, which is what I wanted. House is comfortable and well- appointed. It IS a college town, close to campus, so there were predictably some parties going on on the block , but nothing too distracting. I’ll stay here again. It’s an EXCELLENT value"
