"We absolutely LOVE this property! This was my husband and I’s 2nd stay here and it was just as amazing this time as it was the first! Listening to the bird sanctuary and Tree Frogs at night on the little back deck was great and weirdly, calming. My husband’s favorite thing…..the outside shower! The Cottage had everything we needed and was comfy cozy! The upkeep and cleanliness were on point! We will we back!!! "

"Awesome house and wonderful hosts. We were in town for Newport Folk Fest. This place is a short drive or bike ride from the venue. Very comfortable for our group of 6 people. A huge plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower! Truly a rare find in rental houses and key for a group. The yard is beautiful and peaceful. Very functional space. Katie and Bryan were excellent hosts, very easy to communicate with and accommodating. "

"Prudence island is a one of a kind place. The dock and mooring are perfect for our boat. We spent our days riding bikes, boating to Bristol, going to the lighthouse beach, and picking blueberries on the farm. The cottage is always a perfect home base during our stay!"

"The area was beautiful! We went mid August and the neighborhood had gorgeous flowers blooming everywhere. The beach area was private and so relaxing. Our pup loved exploring the doggy beach. Good area for restaurants too… we really enjoyed Turk’s!"

"This space was absolutely perfect for two dad- aged guys. Joan made the check in process seamless, and was proactively communicating prior to arrival to make sure we were on the same page. I was greeted by Marty upon arrival, a delightful and friendly cat who had coffee with me in the morning. The cottage was clean, had dishes, a full fridge, and a gas stove. There was also a Kurig for coffee with plenty of pods. We are quiet people and appreciated the quiet neighborhood, but the beach and cliff...

"I cannot give this home enough stars...truly excellent. Scott is an attentive gem of a man. He even brought us firewood :) A quiet property with GREAT neighbors; we met them all. One couple came over with a baked banana bread & we sent her home with a flounder dinner ! The house was sparkling clean & welcoming. The mattress & pillows in the bedroom are a dream, as is the L shaped couch with the GIANT television. There are 4 kayaks!!! Be prepared with water shoes that are good on rocks/mud...

"This is our 2nd year in a row to stay at this house, and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect for walking into town or riding bikes. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The host is extremely easy to communicate with. Bristol is a great town and staying at this house makes it even better. We hope to be back again next summer!"
