The property is in the middle of 3 large victorian double fronted houses. It has a huge decking area out front that has incredible views down the valley and out to sea. There is also a large garden out to the back of the house and parking for 3/4 cars.
It has 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. The bedroom at the top of the house has bunk beds and a double bed and a sink.
There is also a large family bathroom with a jacuzzi bath
There is a large kitchen with a table that easily seats 10.

The beach is a 10 minute walk through the fields or a 3 minute drive.
It should be noted that it is a tidal Beach and the nearest large all day surf beach is Polzeath, 20 mins drive down the coast.
There is a great pub called The Mill House which is a short walk down the hill and another one on the beach called the Port William.
However there are many more great pubs in the area, and extensive list of pubs, walks, restaurants and suggestions about what to do will be at the house on your arrival.

The nearest local shop is in Tintagel which is a 5 minute drive away. It has a Spar, Premier, Boots and many cafes and gift shops.
The nearest large town with a supermarket is Wadebridge, a 25 minute drive and it has Tesco, Lidl, Aldi and a small M&S Food Hall.
