Casas de Férias em Timberville, VA

"Michelle’s property is absolutely lovely. Home is nearly new, thoughtfully decorated, comfy couches, well appointed kitchen, nice views from the deck and very quiet. Hot tub was lovely and easy to use. We had a great stay. Might suggest you down load offline maps prior to exiting the interstate. Phone service was very spotty. But that is the area. Her WiFi works well as long as you are inside the house. Thanks for the great stay!"

"Great setup on the river. Close to hiking and other amenities, like Masanutten water park. For us, the setup of the property was even better in person. Kids loved the loft. We used the hot tub every night along with the fire pit. Lots of wood split and ready. Kayaking was a blast and really beautiful views no matter what direction you look. You can hear the river flowing from the house with the windows open. Even our dog had a blast! Everything was clean and organized. Highly recommend. "

"The house was secluded and quiet. It was clean and well maintained. We loved having the pool on the very hot days."

"Very nice home. Great view. Great location close to everything. Great host. We are already planning a return during the winter for even a better view. Thank you Alex for sharing your home with us."

"We absolutely loved staying here. The Hobbit House is so cool! It's full of Hobbit and Lord of the Rings-themed decorations. The whole thing is very whimsical, especially the canopy bed. The hot tub was nice even in summer. Lots of wildlife around too. The property was fun to explore with our dog. Riverbank Farms is down the road so we picked up some sausages and they were the best we've ever had. We chose this area for our vacation because it's so close to Shenandoah National Park. We had a...

"No River Access, no way to use kayaks, no king bed. First the property is very nice and clean. Had all the tools and supplies we would need. Problem was there was a king bed listed. There was only the queen and bunk beds. I am 6'6" so this was a selling point over other houses. Also there was no River Access to use the kayaks or go fishing. I was told to go on another property to get there, nope. They also spring on me after I booked it was 150 to rent the kayaks, very expensive. Also note that...
