"The hotel is gorgeous! The room is perfect! The view, fireplace and little porch off the room are sweet and create a romantic atmosphere.
BUT the pool which I was told was open was covered and couldn't find anyone at the front desk for almost 30 minutes.
Seemed so understaffed we didn't even bother going to the restaurant."

"The accommodation is perfect
The neighborhood is under construction and turns difficult to get to the hotel.
They should advise that because GPS gets you in a closed street.
They should make clear that is someone there until 11pm. When you pass in front’s of the office there’s a signal saying the office is closed at 5pm"
