The Rizzi - Detached vacation home with infinity pool in Southern Styria
Fantastic and excellently equipped detached vacation home with 160sqm for 6 adults on a plot of almost 4000sqm in a hillside location. Very large panoramic terrace with 32sqm private, heated infinity pool and views of the vineyards of the South Styrian wine country.
Two separate, individually air-conditioned living areas on the upper floor, separated by a large sliding door. One living area with bedroom and double bed 200x200cm, 55 inch SmartTV and a bathroom with bathtub, WC and washbasin. The second living area with three rooms and a small hallway. One bedroom with double bed 200x200cm, 50 inch SmartTV and airy gallery with additional youth bed 200x90cm. Another bedroom with two single beds 200x100cm and cozy corner, as well as a bathroom with large rain shower, toilet and washbasin.
Large shared living and dining area with panoramic views and floor-to-ceiling windows. Dining table, couch, cozy fireplace with cozy corner, home cinema system and guest WC on the ground floor. Perfectly equipped kitchen with kitchenette and kitchen island. High-quality Miele kitchen appliances with steam oven, XL induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge, professional slicer and Rosenthal porcelain for your cooking enjoyment. Small herb garden for self-service.
Covered Napoleon gas barbecue area with dining area on the terrace. Solid wood table, solid wood benches, solid wood loungers and various lounges.
In the utility room on ground floor washing machine, ironing equipment, small freezer, maxibar with soft drinks and wine selection for self-service (extra charge). Small electrical appliances (microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, sandwich toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, portafilter machine, cappuccinatore, coffee grinder, hand mixer, magic wand, bread slicer) and fiber optic connection with 100MBit upstream and 100MBit downstream. High-speed mesh WLAN in the house and terrace. Occhio designer lights for perfect illumination of the entire house. Private carport with two covered parking spaces.
Fully automated pool control with chlorine and pH value regulation and filter backwash. Cleaning robot. Air-to-air heat pump for heated pool operation in the frost-free months.
Extremely quiet and yet very central location in the nature reserve of Southern Styria. The nearest wine tavern can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Many shopping facilities, restaurants and leisure activities in the direct vicinity. Leibnitz, the hub of southern Styria, can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes. The South Styrian Wine Route and Slovenia can be reached in around 20 minutes. The airport of the provincial capital Graz can be reached by car in 25 minutes. The nearest train station with S-Bahn connection to Graz is just under 5 km away.
The entire house was built according to the latest ecological standards in timber frame construction and meets the requirements for an A+ energy-efficient house. Great importance was attached to using natural building materials and solid wood for the interior design.
