Our reservation was for 1 couple and 1 child, but according to him it was for only 1 couple and he was apparently irritated that it would be necessary to make another bed in the room (detail: it was just "transforming" the sofa into a bed). The other staff are friendly and helpful. The advertisement says that the hotel has swimming pools, but in reality the pool is a public space; what the hotel offers is entry to the pool, which is already included in the reservation. Breakfast is good, but after 9am you always have to request something, because they don't refill the breakfast without asking."
