ā€¢ Spectacular Bay and Ocean views. Please note that we installed a new high-end stainless steel Weber Propane Grill in Oct-2019 which is located on the deck overlooking the gorgeous views - a wonderful place to enjoy the views and BBQ!
ā€¢ 3 bed, 3 bath including 2 Master Suites each with a private jetted Jacuzzi tubs, separate showers and custom tile/stonework throughout. Deck off master suite.
ā€¢ Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows taking advantage of the fabulous views. We recently added high-end blinds that can be pulled up to maximize the incredible views or pulled down to provide complete privacy.
ā€¢ Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters & detailed back-splash tile-work, custom cabinets and large pantry,
ā€¢ Two large decks with high-end slate and custom railing. Both decks have outside furniture. The main deck has a large stainless steel grill so you can BBQ and enjoy incredible views right where the Pacific Ocean joins Netarts Bay (famous for it's oysters, crabs and clams!)
ā€¢ Steps to the beach. Outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a full day of beach-combing, crabbing, clamming, fishing or simply enjoying gorgeous sunsets and bonfires on the beach

ā€¢ All furnishings throughout the entire house are brand new and high-end. A summary of some of the high-end furnishings throughout are: King-size bedroom set, Queen-size bedroom set, Bunk bed, Full-size bed, (2) Large ā€œMain Streetā€ high-end sleeper sofaā€™s, swivel accent chairs, large dining room table overlooking the Bay and Ocean, bar stools at the kitchen eating bar, new 65ā€ UHD Samsung SMART TV above the gas fireplace, each Master bedroom has its own 55ā€ high-end HD TV's, high-end washer and dryer, stainless steel gas grill on the deck overlooking the Bay and Ocean!

Since this is a custom-built home with all new furnishings, we ask everyone to enjoy the beauty and comfort but please be gentle and care for it at the same time. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis.

We just returned from an unforgettable getaway at this stunning Netarts, OR beach houseā€”and it truly deserves all five stars! Traveling with grandparents, teenagers, and little kiddos is no easy feat, but this home delivered beyond expectations.Weā€™re so grateful for the elevator access to all three floorsā€”no lugging luggage or climbing stairs for my parents, or anyone with bad knees.The house is incredibly kid-friendly: plenty of board games, and wide decks perfect for running around under watchful eyes. Having a bedroom with two twins and a double bed gave them space to bunk togetherā€”such a treat! Beach access down the road was the best part of this house. We spent low tide mornings clamming, afternoons exploring, and evenings gathered around a bonfire with sā€™mores. The scenery continuously changed, and the kids delighted in spotting wildlife while the adults soaked in the salty views. The quick few steps to a sandy beach meant impromptu shell collecting and sandcastle sessions every day- sometimes multiple times depending on the energy! The outdoor shower was also perfect for post beach clean up.The secret beach via walk/path through the tunnel was jaw dropping. It was our familyā€™s favorite beach to explore at low tide. So many star fish in tide pools and different spaces to take in! Highly recommended for families of all agesā€”this is coastal paradise done right! Weā€™re already dreaming of our next visit!

Relaxing Vacation

Our family loves the Netarts area. Have vacationed here several times. Second time in this beautiful home. Has lots of room for your family to spread out and have a very relaxing vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed. The elevator was why we chose this home for Grandpa who no longer can manage the stairs. Home owner immediately picked up the phone when their was a problem and addressed it. The walks on the beach, watching Eagles & Blue Herons, Deer and the Seals, S'mores on the beach .....What more could you ask for?

Family Get Together

We had a wonderful time at the beach! The weather was beautiful. The views of the ocean and bay were spectacular. The house is very beautiful and clean. It essentially has everything you would need. The elevator sealed the deal for us. We have a few family members that canā€™t do a lot of stairs, so this was perfect for them.The owners are wonderful to work with. We had a few things pop up and they were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of.They even gifted us with a bottle of wine, how sweet. A true treasure on the beach.

Amazing Place to Stay

We utilize VRBO's all the time and this one was just fantastic! It was right next to the beach, beautiful home, beds where beyond comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed and was great to cook in! The elevator was great for our parents who can't do stairs. I really can't say enough, Just a great property and really appreciated the stay even though it was short it was great!

This house is really well situated on the second row. Great views from the top/ main floor. The beds were very comfortable. This kitchen had everything we needed and a few extras that donā€™t usually come with a rental - quality sharp knives. Easy walk to a quiet beach.

Lovely home

Beautiful home with amazing views. One thing we didn't catch in the property description was that the elevator doesn't go all the way to the parking area, so there are 4-5 steps to get to it. It wasn't a major issue for us, but we did have a wheelchair user with us and had hoped we would be able to bring the chair inside. Other than that, everything was perfect. Excellent kitchen and spacious bedrooms.

Perfect location for the entire family

We took our parents whom are unable to travel as often due to Parkinson's. For this reason we are usually limited to single level rentals with a view which are increasingly rare. This spot had a working elevator which gave them full access to the rentals and even has an amazing view of the bay. The owners were very great at communication and making sure everything was 100%, always reach out to them first if you have any issues as they well certainly make sure all is at that 100%. They went beyond that for us in this case as my brother left his keys behind. They contacted us before we had a chance to reach out and they even shipped the keys at no cost. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you for making this a memory we will always remember!!

Perfect place for family vacation

We decide to go to the beach this year for our family vacation and we had a wonderful time at Happy Camp Hideway. The place is perfect for the 8 of us, quiet but close to the beach. We especially appreciate the elevator because my 90 years old mom has difficulties with stairs.

Stunning views, luxury amenities, plenty of space and an elevator to boot - our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. My dad particularly appreciated taking the elevator and skipping the stairs. Big, fully-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, nice balcony, all the comforts of home. Gracious and friendly host. Annual family getaway

This property is beautiful, classy decor and everything you need to have a wonderful weekend. Nick and Lynn were especially helpful and efficient. Would recommend this home to anyone who wants to be close to the beach and fantastic views of the waves and bay and have a lovely place to relax. The elevator is especially helpful for taking luggage, up 3 floors. But you need 3 floors for the view.

Gorgeous view for all.

We come to the beach every year, and Grandma canā€™t access the beach. It is hard to find a place she can enjoy a gorgeous water view. With just a few steps to an elevator and a spectacular view, this place was perfect! Great beach access and an outdoor faucet and shower to wash sand of the feet and doggies. Check in was easy and fast. Nick was very responsive to any questions I had. The elevator was great as we had one person that had a hard time with stairs. This VRBO was a short walk to the beach. Our family group celebrated some special birthdays at this lovely home. We are all in our 60s and 70s--so some of us REALLY appreciated the elevator, which was so handy for shuttling groceries up to the kitchen! So many large windows let in beautiful light and an awesome view! Although we didn't do much cooking in the wonderful kitchen, there seemed to be everything --high quality--that one would want to cook with. The host, Nick, was very responsive, turbo-quick answers to my questions. I have nothing but positive things to say about the time we spent here. We would all return in a minute if we weren't spread out all over the country!! Thank you, Nick and Lynn!!!

We had a family vacation with ages ranging from 8 to 90, and everyone had a great time. The elevator was important, especially for the 90-year-old. We cooked, danced, talked, laughed, and enjoyed the beach. A great place!

Perfect. Year after year after year.

Weā€™ve been vacationing at Netartā€™s Sand Castle since 2012. Weā€™ve cherished every trip since the beginning. Sometimes just two of us; sometimes so many that weā€™ve had multiple houses rented on the street. Nick and Lynn are always available and responsive if we have any questions. They are continually adding upgrades. For instance, this visit the kitchen had received all new appliances. Nice!!! We are so excited they are adding another home on the street to their inventory. Nick invited us down for a tour this week while we were here; and we cannot wait to visit when the project is wrapped up in a few weeks. If you have the opportunity to rent from them, I highly recommend it. They are responsive. Maintain their homes. Care about quality. Care about their clients. They are definitely five star owners/managers.
