"The service was easy, kind, fast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Our crunchy family took full advantage of thebfull kitchen in our suite to reheat our healthy food. We could easily have cooked from scratch here. Breakfast was big and delicious. The facilities were lovely: great pool & 2 workout rooms had just what we needed, large lobby with various coves 2 tv's with remotes handy. Only complaints: the patio furniture could have been cleaned & arranged...

"One major dislike was that we had to pay for parking and another was the lack of chairs in the pool area. That being said the pool was warm and enjoyable! One thing I really liked was the environment, it was fancy but not too fancy that I felt like me and my family with young children were out of place. The staff and other guests were all so kind. The elevator was a huge hit with our youngins! We don't visit KC often, but if we do we will definitely be staying here again!!"

"Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Clean and good location. Only thing was the body wash and conditioner were out and needed to be refilled. "

"The parking lot was being remodeled and they blocked off Handicap parking mind you it was game weekend. The walking to accommodate the hotel was overwhelming only because they said the doors key fob reader wasn’t working on certain doors. Other than that service was amazing!"

"Great hotel about a 5 minute drive from the airport. Note that you need to call the hotel when you land and they will send their shuttle to pick you up. Same on the return, you will need to book a time for the shuttle at the front desk. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was okay, just average..."

"Clean hotel. Pool and whirlpool spa were awesome. Shuttle driver was excellent—on time and helpful with luggage. Front desk was helpful and especially the lady cashier at the restaurant where I work placed my to go order. She gave me real silverware and ice water in real glass. "
